3 + years of experience in relevant fields. Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Business Management and Art Buying are all encouraged.
A New Business Development person must have a passion for small business and interest and base knowledge of the ins and outs of the art and design industry. They have excellent communication/interpersonal, public relations, marketing/advertising and leadership skills. They must be friendly, independent, self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team. Contract management and negotiation skills are a plus.
Chicago based is preferred, but not a must
