Studio Manager

Role
We almost called this role "Excited, Creative Loving, Day-to-Day Organizer of All Things" but that seemed like a mouthful.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hyper-organized, reliable day-to-day manager of our creative projects in and out of the studio. This role is critical to our team structure and would provide meticulous scheduling and structure to help manage and grow a fast-paced boutique studio environment.

Qualities & Qualifications
  • 0-3 years experience in Studio Management or relevant field
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication (written & verbal), enthusiastic, approachable & flexible
  • Motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or collaboratively with a resourceful perspective

Responsibilities
  • This role is adaptive and hands-on, working within our company structure and strategy to maintain current operations and look for areas of internal and external improvement.
  • Project Management
    Help create project briefs and identify project objective, scope, timeline, budget, crucial details. Manage schedules, coordinate rounds of creative & feedback between our creatives and clients, maintain project status in Trello, prioritize workloads, interface with vendors, and allocate resources. Collaborate with our creative team to output the best quality of work.
  • Client Services
    Maintaining good relationships and communication with our clients and attending to their needs.
  • Business Management
    Billing & Bookkeeping in Quickbooks, Correspond and Organize Health Insurance, Business Insurance, COIs for Murals, Manage Calendars, Create and Improve Systems for Best and Most Efficient Workflows, Manage Miscellaneous Business Emails and Correspondence.
  • New Business
    Take lead on tending to existing client relationships and look for new business opportunities. Work directly with upper management on outreach and networking tactics that would be implemented immediately to grow our clients and project opportunities.

Creative Business Manager
