Description
Alter is a Chicago suburban brewery that has been making local craft beer since 2015. We designed and executed both exterior and interior murals at their new location is Oak Brook, IL. The chosen art featured a bursting ‘hopsplosion’ effect, reminiscent of and inspired by magic eye posters of 90s fame. The murals were designed to not only align with the Alter brand and labeling system, that features an array of different pattern explorations, but to also be interesting up-close and eye-catching from afar. On the exterior, it leads patrons to the lovely deck area for a cold brew and pops out of the landscape from blocks away. Inside, it winds through ivy and additional decor to tie the full experience together.
